ERP & CRM

Control inventory, finance, customers and sales leads in one ERP & CRM platform: streamlined, efficient and ready to grow.

Does my business need an ERP or a CRM?

A CRM organizes your customers and sales pipeline; an ERP connects the rest of the operation (inventory, purchasing, finance and billing) in one system. If your team lives in spreadsheets and re-types the same data in several tools, you are ready for one of them (and often a light version of both, integrated).

Frequently asked questions

How long does an ERP implementation take for an SME?

It depends on scope, but SME implementations are measured in weeks or a few months, not years, because we roll out in phases. You start using the first module (usually inventory or sales) early, while the next ones are being built, instead of waiting for a big-bang launch.

Custom ERP vs. off-the-shelf (Odoo, SAP Business One): which is better?

Off-the-shelf ERPs bring many modules out of the box, but force your processes to adapt to the software and often charge per user. A custom ERP is built around how your company already works, includes only what you need, and has no per-user licensing. For SMEs with well-defined processes, custom is usually leaner and cheaper long-term.

Can it integrate with my current billing and accounting?

Yes. Integration is usually the whole point: we connect the ERP with your invoicing system, bank movements and accounting tools so data flows automatically instead of being re-typed by your team.
