BILLING & SALES SYSTEMS

Stay compliant with e-invoicing laws and simplify sales through POS systems connected to inventory, payments and banking.

What is an electronic invoicing system?

An electronic invoicing system issues legally valid digital invoices directly to your country’s tax authority, like the DTE system regulated by the Ministerio de Hacienda in El Salvador, or CFDI with the SAT in Mexico. Connected to a point of sale, it turns every sale into a compliant invoice, an inventory movement and a payment record, automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system comply with e-invoicing regulations?

Yes. We build against your country’s current regulation, for example El Salvador’s DTE (Documentos Tributarios Electrónicos) framework from the Ministerio de Hacienda, including document signing, transmission and contingency handling, so every invoice you issue is legally valid.

Can it connect to my bank and payment methods?

Yes. We integrate card processors and local payment methods at the point of sale, and we can reconcile sales against bank movements so your cash flow picture is always current.

Can I invoice in USD and local currency?

Yes. The system can price, charge and invoice in more than one currency, applying the exchange rate rules your accounting requires, a common need for businesses selling to both local and US customers.
